Wearobe is a wardrobe app. You can delete some of your data and keep the account, or delete the account and everything with it. Both happen from inside the app — no support ticket required. This page is what Google Play (and anyone else) can open without signing in.
Delete some data, keep your account
- Open Wearobe — on iPhone, Android, or wearobe.app — and sign in.
- A clothing photo: open the item → Delete. The photo and its details are removed; your account stays.
- A photo of you: Profile → Your photo → Remove. That file is deleted.
- A share link: open the shared item → Stop sharing. The public link dies.
Outfits already drawn on your photo stay until you regenerate them. Everything else you did not delete stays with the account.
If you cannot sign in, email support@wearobe.app from the address on the account, with the subject “Delete Wearobe data”, and say what you want removed. We do it once we can confirm the request is yours, usually within a few days.
Delete the whole Wearobe account
- Open Wearobe and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm twice. Deletion starts immediately.
If you cannot sign in, email support@wearobe.app from the address on the account, with the subject “Delete my Wearobe account”.
What a full account deletion removes
Photos first, then the account. Every photo you uploaded — clothes, import ZIPs, and a photo of you if you added one — is removed from storage. Then the account itself and every row that belongs to it: garments, outfits, wear history, favourites, import jobs, share links (and comments or reactions on them), your profile, and your plan row. There is no copy kept, and it cannot be undone.
What is kept, and for how long
Crash reports in Sentry (a stack trace, device and OS, and which account hit it) stay only so a bug can be fixed. They expire under Sentry’s normal retention and are not used for anything else.
Google Gemini, Cloudflare Workers AI and ModelScope may keep processing logs under their own terms after a request. We do not keep a second copy of your photos for them.
Someone else reporting a share link uses a random id in their browser, not your account. Those flags are not part of your account and are unaffected by deleting it.
We do not keep a separate archive of deleted Wearobe accounts.
