Wearobe is a wardrobe app made by Toma Digital LLC. These terms are the agreement between you and us when you use it, on iPhone, Android or at wearobe.app. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the app.
Your account
You need an account to use Wearobe, and you are responsible for what happens under it. Keep your sign-in method to yourself. Wearobe is not directed at children and we knowingly collect nothing from anyone under 16.
Your clothes stay yours
You own the photographs you upload and everything the app records about them. You give us only the permission needed to run the app for you: to store your photos, send them to the AI services that identify and draw garments, and show them back to you. That permission ends when you delete the content or the account. We do not sell your data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not use your photographs to train anybody's models. What each service receives is set out in the Privacy Policy.
Do not upload anything you do not have the right to upload, and nothing unlawful or that infringes someone else's rights. We can remove content and suspend accounts that break this.
What the AI produces
Wearobe uses AI to identify garments, describe them, generate images and suggest outfits. It gets things wrong. A colour, a fabric or a brand may be misread, and a generated image is an illustration rather than a photograph of a real item. Check anything that matters to you — particularly before buying something on the strength of a suggestion. Outfit suggestions are suggestions, not advice.
Sharing
If you create a share link, anyone holding it can view what you shared, and, if you allow it, react or comment. Sharing is your decision each time, and you can stop sharing whenever you want. Do not share anything you would mind a stranger seeing, because a link can be forwarded.
Plans and payment
Wearobe is currently free. The free plan holds up to 100 garments and includes 10 generated outfit images a month; the app tells you when you reach either. Paid plans are not being sold yet, and if that changes, the price, what it includes and how to cancel will be shown before you are asked to pay for anything.
Ending it
You can delete your account from inside the app at any time, and it removes everything — see Delete Wearobe data. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or if we have to stop running the service. If we close the service down we will give reasonable notice so you can get your things out.
What we do not promise
Wearobe is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be available without interruption, free of faults, or that the AI will be accurate. Keep your own copies of photographs that matter to you — Wearobe is a wardrobe, not a backup service.
To the extent the law allows, Toma Digital LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost data or profit, or for decisions you make on the strength of what the app suggests. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and if you are a consumer you keep every right your local law gives you.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, this page changes and the date at the top moves. If a change matters, the app will say so rather than leaving it here to be found.
